Some summer cravings don’t need a complicated recipe. This simple homemade milkshake is creamy, refreshing, and feels like the perfect little pause in the middle of a warm day.
I came up with this recipe on one of those scorching summer afternoons when it was about 103°F outside. I wanted an easy way to boost my protein intake but needed a break from my usual handful of nuts. On a whim, I tossed in some frozen mango for a little natural sweetness—and it turned out to be exactly what I was craving. Creamy, refreshing, and surprisingly satisfying.
